The terms that govern your use of the Fire & Building Compliance Suite.
Last updated: 23 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fire & Building Compliance Suite (the "Service") provided by BizziGroup ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a subscription, web-based suite of nine tools that assist with fire and building compliance work under the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards. We may add, change or remove features over time to keep the Service current with those standards.
You may use parts of the Service without an account, in which case your data is stored only on your device. To sync and access advanced features you must create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at the price shown at sign-up (currently AUD $49 per month), following a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the guarantee advertised at the time of purchase and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Service is a professional aid, not a substitute for professional judgement, certification or advice. Its outputs - including required systems, schedules, cost estimates, BAL ratings, egress calculations, energy assessments and inspection schedules - are based on the inputs you provide and on standards data that may change. You are responsible for verifying every output against the current NCC and the relevant Australian Standards, and for having designs and documents reviewed and certified by a suitably qualified and, where required, accredited practitioner before they are relied upon, submitted or built. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made, or work carried out, in reliance on the Service’s outputs.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, reselling access without authorisation, reverse-engineering the software, or using it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
You retain ownership of the project data you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that data to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data or use your project data to train AI models. You can export and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, content and the structure of its calculations and templates, is owned by BizziGroup and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own professional purposes during your subscription. Australian Standards and the NCC referenced within the Service remain the property of their respective publishers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the Service’s outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability for failing to meet a non-excludable guarantee can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of re-supply.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination your access ends; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
