Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Unreal Studio Hub, a product of BizziGroup ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Unreal Studio Hub you confirm you can form a binding contract and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Unreal Studio Hub is a browser-based tool for managing Unreal Engine project assets: scanning, asset management, naming validation, an approval workflow, dependency and orphan checks, and report export. It is an independent productivity tool, provided on an ongoing, evolving basis - features may be added, changed or removed.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial that lets you scan, manage and validate projects. Exporting CSV and production reports requires a paid subscription. No credit card is required to start the trial.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans (Indie, Studio, Enterprise) are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) through Stripe. The advertised annual price includes one month free.
- The Indie plan can be paid annually (one month free) or monthly (billed each month, no free month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Seat allowances apply per plan (Indie 1, Studio 5, Enterprise 20). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription. No lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access; and no reselling or sharing your account beyond your plan's seat allowance.
8. Your Content & Intellectual Property
You own the assets, projects and reports you work with. We claim no ownership of them. Because your work is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups via export. Unreal Studio Hub, its software, branding and design remain our intellectual property.
9. Trademarks & No Affiliation
Unreal Studio Hub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. "Unreal" and "Unreal Engine" are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc., referenced for identification and compatibility only.
10. Availability & Liability
We aim for reliable access but don't guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law; some rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you did not export and back up; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
