Welcome to BizziGroup. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Project Agreements

2.1 Proposals and Quotes

All project proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Project Scope

The scope of work will be defined in a project proposal or agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before commencement.

2.3 Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in your agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Deposit

A 50% deposit is required before work commences on any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as agreed. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.

3.3 Late Payments

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

3.4 Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5.1 Client Materials

You retain ownership of all content, logos, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a licence to use these materials for the purpose of completing your project.

5.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes custom code, designs, and content created for you.

5.3 Third-Party Components

Some projects may include third-party components (libraries, plugins, fonts, images) which are subject to their own licences. We will ensure appropriate licences are obtained.

5.4 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranties and Limitations

6.1 Our Warranty

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and to industry standards. Any defects reported within the support period will be corrected at no additional cost.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizziGroup's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.3 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or revenue increases resulting from our services.

7. Support and Maintenance

7.1 Support Period

Each project includes a support period as specified in your agreement. Support covers bug fixes, minor updates, and technical assistance related to the delivered work.

7.2 Ongoing Maintenance

After the support period, maintenance services are available at our standard rates or through a maintenance agreement.

8. Termination

8.1 By Client

You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed to date, and the deposit is non-refundable.

8.2 By BizziGroup

We may terminate a project if payment terms are not met, if you fail to provide required materials after reasonable requests, or if continuing the relationship becomes impractical.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and unpublished work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
