The failure mode of a business chatbot is confident invention. A general model answering questions about your products will produce plausible, fluent, wrong answers, and your customer will believe them.
The fix is grounding: the bot retrieves from your actual documentation and answers from what it found, citing it, and says it does not know when it did not find anything.
Decide up front what it must never answer - anything legal, medical, financial or contractual is usually on that list - and route those to a person by design.
