Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Practice Accreditation, a product of BizziGroup ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Practice Accreditation you confirm you can form a binding contract and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Practice Accreditation is a browser-based tool that helps Australian general practices prepare for accreditation against the RACGP Standards for general practices (5th edition). It supports indicator self-assessment, evidence management, gap analysis, an accreditation-cycle timeline and survey-ready PDF reports. It prepares your practice for accreditation - it is not an accrediting agency, does not assess or accredit your practice, and is not legal advice or a guarantee of an accreditation outcome. Accreditation is awarded by an independent accrediting agency (such as AGPAL, GPA Accreditation plus or QPA) on a 3-year cycle. The service is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis - features may be added, changed or removed.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. Login is required to use the app.
4. Free Trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that gives you full access to self-assess, manage evidence, run gap analysis and export survey-ready reports. No credit card is required to start the trial. We only collect payment details when the trial ends (or earlier, if you choose to subscribe). There is no free tier - once the trial is over, an active subscription is required to keep using the app.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans (Practice, Group, Network) are billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars (AUD) through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled beforehand. Prices are those shown at the time of purchase; we'll give notice of any change before it affects you.
- Site allowances apply per plan: Practice (single practice/site) A$99/mo, Group (up to 5 sites) A$299/mo, Network (organisation) A$699/mo. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month and does not renew. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription - contact us within 30 days of your initial payment for a refund. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; and no reselling or sharing your account beyond your plan's site allowance.
8. Your Content & Intellectual Property
You own the self-assessments, indicator responses, evidence notes and reports you create. We claim no ownership of them. Because your work is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups via export. Practice Accreditation, its software, indicator mappings, branding and design remain our intellectual property. The "RACGP Standards for general practices" and the names of accrediting agencies (AGPAL, GPA Accreditation plus, QPA) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. No Guarantee of Accreditation
Practice Accreditation helps you organise and document your readiness, but using it does not by itself make your practice accredited or compliant with the RACGP Standards, and does not constitute an accreditation assessment, certification or legal advice. Your practice remains responsible for meeting the Standards and for engaging an accrediting agency, and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
10. Availability
We aim for reliable, uninterrupted access but don't guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded - nothing here limits those.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or work that you did not export and back up. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
