Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 June 2026

These terms govern your use of AML/CTF Compliance, a product of BizziGroup ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AML/CTF Compliance you confirm you can form a binding contract and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

AML/CTF Compliance is a browser-based tool for building and maintaining an AML/CTF Program (Part A & Part B), running customer due diligence (KYC/CDD), assessing money-laundering and terrorism-financing (ML/TF) risk, and managing AUSTRAC reporting obligations and record-keeping. It is a planning and self-assessment aid, not legal advice, a certified audit, or a guarantee of compliance with the AML/CTF Act 2006 or the AML/CTF Rules. It does not lodge reports (such as SMRs, TTRs or IFTIs) with AUSTRAC on your behalf. The service is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis - features may be added, changed or removed.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. An account (login) is required to use the app.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can build your program, run CDD and explore the app. No credit card is required to start the trial. We only collect payment details if you choose to subscribe when the trial ends; if you don't subscribe, access is paused and you are not charged.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month and does not renew. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. Some rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded - nothing here limits those.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; and no reselling or sharing your account beyond your plan's seat allowance.

8. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You own the AML/CTF program documents, CDD/KYC records, risk assessments, monitoring notes and reports you create. We claim no ownership of them. Because your work is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups via export and for meeting your AUSTRAC record-keeping obligations. AML/CTF Compliance, its software, framework content, branding and design remain our intellectual property. Statutory and regulatory references (the AML/CTF Act 2006, the AML/CTF Rules and AUSTRAC guidance) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

9. No Guarantee of Compliance

AML/CTF Compliance helps you organise and document your AML/CTF program and customer due diligence, but using it does not by itself make you compliant with the AML/CTF Act 2006, the AML/CTF Rules or any other law, and does not constitute legal advice or AUSTRAC certification. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations - including enrolling/registering with AUSTRAC where required, appointing an AML/CTF Compliance Officer, independent review, and lodging the required reports - and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

10. Availability

We aim for reliable, uninterrupted access but don't guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded - nothing here limits those.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or work that you did not export and back up. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
