Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nuke Studio Hub, a product of BizziGroup ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Nuke Studio Hub you confirm you can form a binding contract and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Nuke Studio Hub is a browser-based tool for auditing Foundry Nuke projects: parsing .nk scripts to check Write-node output paths, naming and version tokens; flagging broken or absolute Read-node media; checking node-naming and gizmo/ToolSet hygiene; scanning the project folder for structure; and exporting CSV / PDF reports. It is an independent productivity tool, provided on an ongoing, evolving basis - features may be added, changed or removed.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. Login is required to use the app.

4. Free Trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to begin. Your card is collected only when the trial ends or you convert early. The trial is anchored to your account's creation date; when it expires without an active subscription, access is gated until you subscribe.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) through Stripe. Solo (A$9/mo, 1 seat) is billed monthly. Studio (up to 5 seats) is A$79/mo or A$869/yr (the annual price includes one month free). Enterprise (up to 20 seats) is A$199/mo or A$2,189/yr.
• You can choose monthly or annual billing on Studio and Enterprise; the free month applies to the annual price only. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Seat allowances apply per plan (Solo 1, Studio 5, Enterprise 20). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription. No lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access; and no reselling or sharing your account beyond your plan's seat allowance.

8. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You own the assets, projects and reports you work with. We claim no ownership of them. Because your work is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups via export. Nuke Studio Hub, its software, branding and design remain our intellectual property.

9. Trademarks & No Affiliation

Nuke Studio Hub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Foundry. "Nuke" and "Foundry" are trademarks of The Foundry Visionmongers Ltd., referenced for identification and compatibility only.

10. Availability & Liability

We aim for reliable access but don't guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law; some rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you did not export and back up; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
