Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Cyber Compliance, a product of BizziGroup ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Cyber Compliance you confirm you can form a binding contract and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Cyber Compliance is a browser-based tool for running self-assessments against frameworks such as the ACSC Essential Eight, the Australian Privacy Act and ISO 27001, maintaining a risk register, performing gap analysis and exporting reports. It is a planning and self-assessment aid, not a certified audit, legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. The service is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis - features may be added, changed or removed.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial that lets you run assessments, track risk and explore the app. Exporting audit-ready PDF reports requires a paid subscription. No credit card is required to start the trial.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid term and does not renew. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription - contact us within 30 days of your initial payment for a refund. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; and no reselling or sharing your account beyond your plan's seat allowance.

8. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You own the assessments, risk registers, evidence notes and reports you create. We claim no ownership of them. Because your work is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups via export. Cyber Compliance, its software, framework mappings, branding and design remain our intellectual property. Framework names (Essential Eight, ISO 27001, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

9. No Guarantee of Compliance

Cyber Compliance helps you organise and document your security posture, but using it does not by itself make you compliant with any law, standard or framework, and does not constitute certification or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

10. Availability

We aim for reliable, uninterrupted access but don't guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded - nothing here limits those.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or work that you did not export and back up. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
