Departments
Is each shot delivered for every department? Set "Departments / tasks" above (e.g. comp, roto, fx) - each cell checks that task's renders against the cut + handles.

Turnover check: paste or load the previous cut (EDL / .otio / FCPXML) to see what changed - added, removed, re-timed, re-versioned or re-ordered shots. Nothing leaves your browser.
